Steaming cart is used for carrying plate with wet blocks coming in and out autoclave. Steaming cart should fit for specifications of autoclave and high temperature resistance.

Mould box and plate combined parts are used for holding slurry. Mould box stays 1.5 hours in pre-heating room. The slurry forms and solidify to large and green block. We have two size of mould box in our AAC Block plant. They are 4 meters (4200x1200x600mm) and 4.8 meters (4800x1200x600mm)

Mould plate works in combination with mould box for holding slurry. It is also used for carrying green blocks going in and out autoclave.
